Returns and Exchange Details
If you need to return your purchase, please notify me within 14 days of receipt of the goods and return the goods within 14 days after you have notified me and please note that you bear the cost of return shipping.
I will refund the total less postage and the refund will be sent after I have received the goods.
If you are returning goods from outside the EU, please mark it as a return. Otherwise I may be liable for customs and post charges, which will delay and reduce the amount refunded to you.
The goods must be in resalable condition for me to issue a refund.
I will not be able to issue refunds for a custom order or for earrings.
Your purchase will be prepared for shipping as soon as full payment has been received.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery to avoid delays and disappointment.
During Covid-19, if you have requested that I post directly to your recipient, please note that there may be an additional postage charge if sending to the address is more that it would have been sending it directly to you.
Domestic delivery is by First Class Royal Mail, tracked & signed.
International delivery will be Royal Mail, Tracked.

Please allow extra time for busy periods and your country’s particular postal system especially during the pandemic.
I’m afraid I am not responsible for extra custom charges. Bags and purses are wrapped in tissue and posted in a protective box and jewellery will also be sent wrapped in an appropriate eco-friendly mailer.
I will be very happy to work on custom order with you. There can be no returns on custom orders and they will require a 100% deposit and the postage will be required before dispatch. If there are any changes after the initial design has been agreed on, there will be an additional charge, depending on the extent of the change.
